Grace and Nana's hair can be gently washed with warm water and a small amount of mild shampoo. After washing, detangle from the ends upward using the included brush or a wide-tooth comb. Allow the hair to air dry — avoid using a hair dryer on high heat. For styling, you can use light hair products designed for human hair. Avoid cutting the hair, as it cannot be replaced.

Canadian orders typically arrive in 2–9 business days via Canada Post. US orders take 2–8 business days. International orders (shipped via DHL Express or FedEx) generally arrive within 2–7 business days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. If your doll arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please note that personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless defective.

All three dolls have 100% real, washable human hair. Grace has beautiful natural curly hair and a vinyl body. Nana has long, silky straight hair and a vinyl body — perfect for braids and ponytails. Jazzie has a gorgeous natural afro puff style and a foam body, making her especially soft and huggable. All three are 18" (48 cm) dolls suitable for ages 3 and up.

Yes! We ship to over 190 countries from our fulfilment centre in Canada. Canadian and US orders ship via Canada Post. All other international orders ship via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes. All Gracie Dolls are made from non-toxic, child-safe materials and are suitable for children aged 3 and up. The vinyl used in Grace and Nana, and the foam used in Jazzie, are free from harmful chemicals. As with all toys, we recommend adult supervision for younger children.

First, check your tracking number (sent by email when your order shipped) for the latest status. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your building's mail area. If you still can't locate your parcel, please contact us at hello@graciedolls.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
