Most individual orders shipped to the United States with a declared value under USD $800 are not subject to US import duties under the de minimis exemption. Single doll orders will typically fall below this threshold.
For all destinations outside of Canada and the United States, we ship via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Both services offer door-to-door delivery with full real-time tracking, signature on delivery, and reliable delivery to 220+ countries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight. The table below shows approximate rates for a standard doll parcel (approx. 1–1.5 kg). All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Rates above are estimates based on published DHL Express and FedEx rates for a 1–1.5 kg parcel as of 2025, and include a fuel surcharge of approximately 18–19%. Gracie Dolls ships from Canada. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are entirely outside our control. Gracie Dolls cannot predict, estimate, or be held liable for these costs.
If your order is held at customs, you will be contacted by DHL, FedEx, or your local customs authority. It is your responsibility to pay any applicable charges to release the parcel. If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.
We declare the true commercial value on all customs forms. We are unable to under-declare values or mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs charges.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for tracking information to become active.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@graciedolls.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged deliveries, please photograph the parcel and its contents before discarding any packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Gracie Dolls cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
